For our metallurgical equipment, we provide the following services and support:- Based on our client’s workshop conditions, we provide complete electric furnace equipment, with the turnkey layout and foundation design of continuous casting machines, rolling mills, and steel mills, and conduct technical disclosure to our client and related design institutes.
- We provide our client with all external parameters related to our metallurgical equipment, including water, electricity, and gas requirements, and assist our client in selecting peripheral equipment or materials.
- We offer free technical training for our client’s operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring they can proficiently operate the equipment and perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and replace damaged components.
- We provide free maintenance for equipment within the warranty period.
- We respond to our client’s maintenance requests within 48 hours and ensure maintenance personnel arrive at the client’s site promptly during the warranty period. We ensure the stability of parts production and offer spare parts at preferential prices (below the current market price) for a long time.
- We are responsible for sending technicians to the site for installation guidance and technical debugging (including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic specialists).
