Key Features

The frame of the medium-sized DC motor features a polygonal laminated structure made from thin steel plates, ensuring compact size and light weight. It is suitable for use with silicon-controlled rectifier power supplies, and the motor maintains excellent commutation performance during rapid load-current variations. The stator and rotor are treated with solvent-free varnish through vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), giving the windings good moisture resistance, mechanical strength, reliable insulation, and good thermal conductivity. The armature core is laminated with silicon steel sheets to ensure good magnetic performance. All motors in this series use rolling bearings with a lubrication system that allows oiling without stopping the machine, and they feature Class H insulation.
The mounting arrangements comply with the GB997 and IEC 34-7 standards on construction types and mounting designations for rotating electrical machinery.
In compliance with GB1993 and IEC 34-6 standards, the medium-sized DC motor is available with IP23 or IP44 protection ratings, and features cooling methods IC06, IC17, IC37, and ICW37A86. In the standard design, the cooling air inlet is located at the motor’s drive end (the non-commutator end). Other protection levels and cooling methods can be customized during consultation.
