Z4 Series

Electric motor with square frame for industrial machines

Our industrial DC motors (Z4 series) feature square frames and are used in various industrial machines. They are suitable for applications in metallurgy, machining, paper, textiles, printing, cement, and plastic extrusion. Compliant with IEC34-1 and DIN57530 standards, our Z4 series motors have a high space utilization owing to their square frames. Additionally, they are equipped with laminated stator yokes which are ideal for rectifier power supply, handling pulsating currents and rapid current changes, and adapting to load variations.

Z4 series industrial DC motor can operate with a fully controlled three-phase bridge rectifier power supply and can operate long-term without an external smoothing reactor. The motor uses a reliable insulation structure and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process with class F insulation, ensuring stable performance and excellent heat dissipation. It feature a compact size, low moment of inertia, excellent dynamic performance, light weight, high output power, high efficiency, and strong operational reliability, making the overall performance comparable to advanced motor of international technologies.
